      二、眼疾耳聰手快

      短文內(nèi)容較多,聽清楚或是聽懂全部?jī)?nèi)容比較難,同時(shí)完全準(zhǔn)確記住全部信息也不容易做到。因此,在聽錄音過(guò)程中,要抓住文章的主題句,聽清文章開頭和結(jié)尾的一、兩句話,因?yàn)殚_頭句與結(jié)尾句常常是主題句。如果主題句位于句首,那么,接下來(lái)文章就會(huì)用演繹法,將觀點(diǎn)展開、論述。反之,如果主題句在結(jié)尾,文章一定會(huì)先陳述論點(diǎn)、論據(jù),最后得出結(jié)論――文章的主題。第二遍針對(duì)所提問(wèn)題,有重點(diǎn)的聽,核實(shí)上次所聽的準(zhǔn)確性,以及做一些較難的綜合題。把聽記的內(nèi)容與試卷上所閱讀的內(nèi)容結(jié)合起來(lái),排除干擾項(xiàng),進(jìn)行選擇,找出最佳答案。

      一些連接短文各個(gè)句子、表明上下邏輯關(guān)系的詞,對(duì)理解短文非常重要。抓住這些詞,對(duì)于下文會(huì)講什么內(nèi)容、能解答什么問(wèn)題就會(huì)心中有數(shù),對(duì)短文邏輯關(guān)系就會(huì)更清楚。這些詞大致可分為四類:

      現(xiàn)代英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)由聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫、譯五個(gè)方面組成,而要做到會(huì)說(shuō)、會(huì)讀、會(huì)寫、會(huì)譯,其前提是必須要會(huì)聽。學(xué)會(huì)聽、學(xué)好聽是掌握英語(yǔ)這一語(yǔ)言的前提與基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)前,學(xué)生在學(xué)會(huì)聽方面仍存在很多不足,這已影響到學(xué)生對(duì)現(xiàn)代英語(yǔ)的掌握。由此,本文主要探討一下初中生存在的聽力障礙以及解決的對(duì)策。

      一、初中生在英語(yǔ)聽力方面的障礙

      聽,是語(yǔ)言的基礎(chǔ);聽力,是語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的前提。中學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)大綱中把聽說(shuō)教學(xué)放在教學(xué)法的首位,強(qiáng)調(diào)聽說(shuō)英語(yǔ)是英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的重要目的之一,也是有效的手段之一。初中生的英語(yǔ)聽力訓(xùn)練,是初中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。在教學(xué)中要注意根據(jù)初中生的生理心理特點(diǎn)和認(rèn)知水平,設(shè)計(jì)多種方法,通過(guò)多種途徑對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行聽力培養(yǎng)。因此,我在教學(xué)實(shí)踐過(guò)程中采用了以下具體做法,現(xiàn)在重點(diǎn)就以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行介紹:

      一、注意在課堂教學(xué)中的有意學(xué)習(xí)。

      1、教師應(yīng)用英語(yǔ)組織課堂教學(xué)。

      訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的聽力要與平時(shí)的教學(xué)緊密結(jié)合,充分利用每節(jié)課的時(shí)間讓學(xué)生多得到聽的機(jī)會(huì),以彌補(bǔ)由于缺乏英語(yǔ)環(huán)境而造成的接觸機(jī)會(huì)不足。除了使用英語(yǔ)課堂用語(yǔ)外,如問(wèn)候,指示,解釋練習(xí)的步驟,糾正錯(cuò)誤,表?yè)P(yáng)等,還要用英語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)單地解釋詞匯含義和用法、句型結(jié)構(gòu)和語(yǔ)法現(xiàn)象等,初中教材中有不少簡(jiǎn)單易用的詞法、句法和語(yǔ)法用語(yǔ)。此外,教師還可以利用教材中的詞匯、句子、句型和習(xí)慣表達(dá)法等進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)組織教學(xué),使學(xué)生易懂,注意力集中,以產(chǎn)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,在潛移默化中提高他們的聽力水平。

      2、教師應(yīng)用英語(yǔ)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)。

      將所學(xué)課文進(jìn)行支離破碎的語(yǔ)言講解和句子分析,不利于學(xué)生理解和運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言知識(shí)。教師應(yīng)把課文作為一個(gè)整體來(lái)教,用聽說(shuō)貫穿整個(gè)課文教學(xué)過(guò)程、既可以提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)能力,又能營(yíng)造課堂的英語(yǔ)氣氛,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。學(xué)生在教師引導(dǎo)下學(xué)習(xí)生詞、理解課文,做口頭回答問(wèn)題練習(xí)、聽課文錄音、復(fù)述段落或課文等。這樣便能使以聽為基礎(chǔ)的聽、說(shuō)、讀貫穿于整個(gè)課堂。

      3、教師應(yīng)開展積極的課堂聽寫訓(xùn)練。

      聽寫是訓(xùn)練聽力能力的一種好手段,它對(duì)促進(jìn)學(xué)生語(yǔ)言能力的全面發(fā)展很有幫助,因

      為學(xué)生既要能聽懂又要能用文字記錄下來(lái),是需要具備聽力、拼寫和句型結(jié)構(gòu)等技能和知識(shí)的。聽寫的方式可以是填詞,寫課文的句子、段落或課文改寫、縮寫等。書面表達(dá)的參考答案也可以作為聽寫的形式,在講評(píng)書面表達(dá)后,讓學(xué)生聽寫參考答案,既練聽又練寫,這等于讓全體學(xué)生按范文重新寫了一遍、更加深了講評(píng)和糾錯(cuò)的印象。但聽力訓(xùn)練必須循序漸進(jìn),不會(huì)也不可能一蹴而就。

      二、注意課余時(shí)間的無(wú)意學(xué)習(xí);

      聽是人們?cè)诮浑H中獲取信息的主要手段;聽是形成英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力的重要組成部分。從事語(yǔ)言教育的工作者都知道,語(yǔ)言教學(xué)應(yīng)由聽著手,而聽,需要有一個(gè)語(yǔ)言環(huán)境。英語(yǔ)教學(xué)是語(yǔ)言教學(xué)的一種,自然也要有一個(gè)英語(yǔ)會(huì)話的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境。如果只在課內(nèi)45分鐘的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí),是不夠的,會(huì)有不少學(xué)生聽不清、聽不懂,因此,需要學(xué)生利用平時(shí)瑣碎的時(shí)間,自覺增設(shè)語(yǔ)言環(huán)境。例如,利用早上和中午的20分鐘來(lái)聽,這樣有個(gè)好處,就是能一邊干其它的事,一邊聽。如果學(xué)生能充分利用每天早晨的時(shí)間,無(wú)意識(shí)地聽,無(wú)意識(shí)的接受語(yǔ)言信息,便能在平時(shí)生活中創(chuàng)造額外的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,使學(xué)生在無(wú)意識(shí)中接觸英文環(huán)境、接受英語(yǔ)知識(shí)。但在課余時(shí)間的聽力訓(xùn)練當(dāng)中,教師應(yīng)注意聽力材料的多樣性,這樣有助于讓學(xué)生在無(wú)意識(shí)的情況下,習(xí)慣正常的語(yǔ)速、語(yǔ)調(diào)。因此,學(xué)生聽力不僅可以聽教材內(nèi)容,還可聽課外其他材料。不僅可聽對(duì)話、短文,還可以聽故事、歌曲、電影、新聞等。不僅可以聽錄音帶,還可聽廣播、電視、影碟等。這種在無(wú)意識(shí)狀態(tài)下接受語(yǔ)言知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)方法能營(yíng)造良好的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,使學(xué)生節(jié)約大量的時(shí)間,且取得不錯(cuò)的學(xué)習(xí)效果。

      三、注意閱讀對(duì)聽力的促進(jìn)作用。

      盡管閱讀和聽力兩種訓(xùn)練形式不同,但它們同屬于接受性和理解性的語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐過(guò)程,二者有很大共性。教師可以讓學(xué)生閱讀和聽力材料相關(guān)的內(nèi)容,也可以將閱讀作為聽力練習(xí)的輔助方法,大量地閱讀小說(shuō)、雜志、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文章、新聞報(bào)道等學(xué)生感興趣的內(nèi)容。閱讀是積累詞匯的最有效的方法之一。通過(guò)閱讀可以進(jìn)一步提高聽力能力,因?yàn)?,閱讀是一種主要的語(yǔ)言輸入來(lái)源,它不但增加了學(xué)生接觸語(yǔ)言的機(jī)會(huì),還豐富了他們對(duì)英語(yǔ)國(guó)家的文化知識(shí)和社會(huì)背景的了解,而且在大量的閱讀中拓寬詞匯量,這些都對(duì)聽力理解無(wú)疑是十分重要的。閱讀量越大,英語(yǔ)整體水平就越高,聽力水平也會(huì)隨著“水漲”而“船高”。所以善于積累各種知識(shí),對(duì)語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)也是相當(dāng)有益的。

      四、加強(qiáng)考試時(shí)聽力技巧指導(dǎo)。

      1、做好準(zhǔn)備,鍛煉預(yù)測(cè)能力。這點(diǎn)實(shí)際上要求我們?cè)诼犃荚嚽暗?分鐘內(nèi),首先安定好自身情緒,集中精力,輕松愉快地做好訓(xùn)練前的一切準(zhǔn)備,尤其是心理準(zhǔn)備,接著在聽力材料播放前,以常態(tài)的心情去讀聽力材料的選項(xiàng),尤其是第一、第二題的內(nèi)容,以使自己頭腦中有個(gè)清晰的信息篩選概念,這時(shí),可以讓學(xué)生對(duì)即將要聽到的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),因此,它是聽力理解過(guò)程中的重要一環(huán)。它在理解口頭語(yǔ)言中起著舉足輕重的作用。這種帶著問(wèn)題聽錄音,有利于學(xué)生快速地對(duì)所聽信息與頭腦中已獲取的其他的干擾信息進(jìn)行對(duì)比,從而能有效快捷地做出準(zhǔn)確的信息判斷。

      2、保持良好的心態(tài),該放手時(shí)就放手。在聽力訓(xùn)練時(shí),凡遇到前面有聽不懂的地方,不必驚慌,心里不必對(duì)此過(guò)多牽掛,一定要保證自己集中聽好后面的內(nèi)容,力保后面的對(duì)話或獨(dú)白中的內(nèi)容及有效信息能聽得懂,可以進(jìn)行正確的信息篩選。不然的話,學(xué)生在聽后面的對(duì)話內(nèi)容時(shí),自己心里還在想著前面沒聽懂的內(nèi)容,那么此時(shí)學(xué)生內(nèi)心方寸必然大亂,無(wú)法集中精力去捕捉后面應(yīng)該獲得的信息,以致丟了芝麻又丟西瓜,得不償失。

      3、把握信息,適當(dāng)做筆記。較長(zhǎng)的對(duì)話或獨(dú)白所涉及的內(nèi)容較多,尤其一些關(guān)鍵詞語(yǔ)往往較易混淆,即使聽得清楚聽得準(zhǔn),但是由于材料信息量較大,該記的東西較多,過(guò)后便沒能準(zhǔn)確地回憶起來(lái),如表示時(shí)間、日期、年齡、價(jià)格、距離的數(shù)字,或是地名、人名等。這時(shí)可以用筆在試卷的空白處以阿拉伯字或符號(hào)的形式記下,做到筆不離紙,以便加深印象,這樣做有助于判斷、選擇正確答案。

      4、學(xué)會(huì)用英語(yǔ)思維。聽力考試中,有些同學(xué)缺乏正確的習(xí)慣,他們往往先將聽懂的東西譯成漢語(yǔ),用漢語(yǔ)進(jìn)行思維理解,缺乏用英語(yǔ)直接思維的習(xí)慣。這時(shí)要求我們用英語(yǔ)思維充分利用已聽懂部分的內(nèi)容和信息,積極發(fā)揮合理的想象力、推理能力去估計(jì)和預(yù)測(cè)自己沒聽懂的內(nèi)容或遺漏的信息是什么。

      聽力教學(xué)既是一種語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí),又是一種技能培養(yǎng)。在“聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫”四種技能中,“聽”是語(yǔ)言的輸入過(guò)程,是人們交際活動(dòng)的基本形式,是獲取語(yǔ)言信息的主要途徑,是提高其它技能的基礎(chǔ)。亞里山大說(shuō)過(guò),“掌握一種語(yǔ)言,首先是聽懂,聽懂的比重占有90%,能聽懂才覺得舒服,聽不懂就覺得不自在?!?心理學(xué)測(cè)試也表明,人們通過(guò)視聽覺所獲取的知識(shí)占全部知識(shí)的80%以上。聽的能力在英語(yǔ)四項(xiàng)能力(聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫)中也是排在首位,只有聽準(zhǔn)、聽清楚、聽明白即聽懂了,才能模仿得準(zhǔn)、模仿得清楚,才能說(shuō)得準(zhǔn)確、清楚明白、說(shuō)得好。因此,在整個(gè)初中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)階段,教師要盡可能地為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造良好的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,要盡量幫助學(xué)生多聽多練,讓學(xué)生在充足的“聽”的語(yǔ)言量中學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。
