高級(jí)翻譯“薪”形勢(shì)

日益擴(kuò)大的對(duì)外文化交流已在中國(guó)催生出巨大翻譯市場(chǎng)，2009年中國(guó)翻譯市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)值有望超過(guò)400億人民幣，隨著外企語(yǔ)言本地化的增多，對(duì)語(yǔ)言翻譯的需求也將進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)，市場(chǎng)上對(duì)日、韓、法、俄、德、西班牙等小語(yǔ)種翻譯人才的需求尤為迫切。普通談話類翻譯的日薪在400-600元，商務(wù)談判類翻譯的日薪在600-800元，同聲傳譯薪金最高6000-8000元/天，旺盛的需求和充滿誘惑力的薪酬，正在激發(fā)著更多有一定外語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)的人加入到翻譯行業(yè)中。

某高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)老師告訴記者：“對(duì)于已有一兩年翻譯工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人來(lái)說(shuō)，想找到一份月薪在4000-5000元的翻譯工作不是很難，但作為剛畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生，雖然基本都獲得了英語(yǔ)專業(yè)八級(jí)或小語(yǔ)種考試的相關(guān)資格認(rèn)證，但也要重視企業(yè)對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行的短期崗前培訓(xùn)，重視日常用語(yǔ)和商務(wù)會(huì)話的能力，要有堅(jiān)持學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度，熟悉掌握行業(yè)內(nèi)術(shù)語(yǔ)。”

難覓高級(jí)翻譯人才

從相關(guān)外企了解到，人才的缺乏已讓企業(yè)不得不降低選拔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，甚至對(duì)翻譯的要求放到了無(wú)經(jīng)驗(yàn)也可的地步。盡管天津每年參加口譯證書考試的人不在少數(shù)，但具有實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的高級(jí)翻譯人才仍是鳳毛麟角。

據(jù)天津翻譯專修學(xué)院焦雨石院長(zhǎng)介紹，目前各個(gè)層次的翻譯人才都比較緊缺，高層次的翻譯人才需求雖然是少數(shù)，但是他們基本都是零失業(yè)，市場(chǎng)空缺仍然存在。低層次的翻譯人才雖然人才數(shù)量巨大，但隨著近幾年來(lái)眾多外企落戶天津，對(duì)這部分人才的需求也已超過(guò)了實(shí)際的儲(chǔ)備量。

人才稀缺癥結(jié)何在首先，培養(yǎng)翻譯人才的機(jī)制沒(méi)有完全形成，翻譯人才的培養(yǎng)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展并沒(méi)有完全接軌。其次，近幾年我市招商引資成果顯著，濱海新區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展，很多外資企業(yè)落戶，對(duì)翻譯人才的需求驟增以致緊缺。再者，以前翻譯隊(duì)伍中魚龍混雜，缺乏統(tǒng)一、全面、客觀公正的人才衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，翻譯市場(chǎng)不規(guī)范，懂一點(diǎn)外語(yǔ)的人就能通過(guò)各種關(guān)系包攬業(yè)務(wù)，但翻譯質(zhì)量如何也沒(méi)人來(lái)認(rèn)定，客觀上也造成翻譯人才的缺失。

目前，我市翻譯人才主要是從各大院校外語(yǔ)專業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)出來(lái)的，但這些學(xué)生到了高年級(jí)才開(kāi)設(shè)翻譯課，很多學(xué)生的詞匯和語(yǔ)法不夠扎實(shí)，很難成為優(yōu)秀的翻譯人才，因此高校需加大力度建立長(zhǎng)期有效的翻譯人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制。

第二篇：高級(jí)翻譯

林國(guó)本簡(jiǎn)介（出生于日本華僑商人家庭，18歲回國(guó)。在《北京周報(bào)》社日文版從創(chuàng)刊（1963年8月）工作到退休（1995年）。在中譯外的崗位上實(shí)踐了30多年。退休后仍擔(dān)任中國(guó)網(wǎng)和《北京周報(bào)》日文網(wǎng)改稿專家）

一． 堅(jiān)持每天閱讀《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》等各種報(bào)刊，及時(shí)掌握國(guó)家的方針政策和國(guó)際形勢(shì)，以便在政治翻譯工作中做到更加準(zhǔn)確和游刃有余。

二． 反復(fù)閱讀，長(zhǎng)期抄寫。林先生說(shuō)，他年輕的時(shí)候，曾每天抄寫《朝日新聞》的“天聲人語(yǔ)”，堅(jiān)持了6年。這對(duì)他日文的歷練起到了相當(dāng)大的作用。另外，林先生還接受一位朋友的建議，反復(fù)閱讀一本好書，做到讀精、讀透。某一本書，他曾反復(fù)讀了50多遍。他說(shuō)：“今天我做同聲傳譯95％得益于這本書。我是在說(shuō)，而不是在譯。”

三．借他山之石以攻玉。隨著改革開(kāi)放的不斷發(fā)展，我們國(guó)家的各個(gè)方面都在逐漸與國(guó)際接軌，政府的人大工作報(bào)告的內(nèi)容近年來(lái)也日趨專業(yè)化。為適應(yīng)形式發(fā)展，林先生開(kāi)始研究、學(xué)習(xí)《美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)白皮書》（日譯版）和日本政府公文中的相關(guān)文書，并結(jié)合我國(guó)公文的特點(diǎn)，在翻譯環(huán)節(jié)保持了同步。
