以《英語課程標準》理念為準繩，以全面實施新基礎(chǔ)教育為宗旨，以課題研究為抓手，以提高小學英語教學效益為中心，以提高教師專業(yè)化水平為目標，以課堂教學為主陣地，整合優(yōu)質(zhì)資源，為我校小學英語課改實驗，為推進素質(zhì)教育提供有效指導和優(yōu)質(zhì)服務，從而提高我校英語教學研究整體水平，努力構(gòu)建有利于學生語言學習能力的發(fā)展的務實有效的小學英語課堂教學。二．工作目標

1、本學期重點加強課堂教學模式的研討，確實提高集體備課的效率。

2、優(yōu)化教學過程，提高教學質(zhì)量。

3、積極創(chuàng)建優(yōu)秀教研組。

4、積極參加市、區(qū)骨干教師評選，提高教師英語專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。

5、學生積極參加各種競賽活動，力爭在區(qū)、市獲獎。三．工作重點

（一）建立學習制度，加強教師學習。

1、學習理論，轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，要繼續(xù)深入學習《英語課程標準》，正確領(lǐng)會課標精神。要系統(tǒng)學習一些論著，如：《新基礎(chǔ)教育》，提高自己的理論修養(yǎng)。

2、鼓勵教師開展教學改革實踐，邊教邊研究。要不斷反思自己的實踐，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗，提高自己的教學水平。以備課、上課和評課為切入口，強化同課異構(gòu)和同課跟進的教學工程。

3、同時把個人的體會和經(jīng)驗變成文本材料--論文，用于交流和發(fā)表。這是提升實踐經(jīng)驗的行之有效的方法，只有通過不斷總結(jié)并撰寫文章，才能使自己的感悟和體會理性化，才能真正內(nèi)化為個人的內(nèi)涵素質(zhì)。本學期，要發(fā)動好、挑選好優(yōu)秀論文參加區(qū)市級的論文評比。

4、教研組加強教研和學習內(nèi)容的計劃性、針對性，提高活動的實效性，把教研和學習的落腳點放在提高備課、上課的質(zhì)量上，采取有效措施，提升教師自主進行教學研究的意識和能力。加強集體備課，相互聽課、評課，堅持教師自我反思，在新課程理念框架下，形成個體行動理念。同伴互助，教師間相互幫助，互相學習，取長補短，共同進步，營造濃厚的“教研”氛圍。提倡個人反思，寫好課后反思與重建，不斷總結(jié)經(jīng)驗和教訓，努力探索新的教學方法使教學模式化向教學個性化轉(zhuǎn)變，從而形成個人獨特的教學風格。

（二）規(guī)范英語教學，全面提高教學質(zhì)量。

1.認真?zhèn)湔n，尤其抓好集體備課和快餐式備課。教案是教師實施教學的藍本。要備好課，必須鉆研課程標準，鉆研教材，熟悉教材的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系和編寫意圖，目的要求和重點、難點；必須研究面對的學生，熟悉他們的已有認知和能力，讓他們處在智力的最接近發(fā)展區(qū)；必須發(fā)揮組內(nèi)每位教師的優(yōu)勢，充分利用各種信息，豐富教案；必須善于反思，不斷總結(jié)課堂實踐中的得失，優(yōu)化自己的教案，使其更切合實際，從而更有效。以集體備課為抓手、以快餐式備課為保障，努力備好每節(jié)課，特別是校本研究課。

2.認真上課。課堂教學是所有教學環(huán)節(jié)的中心環(huán)節(jié)，小學英語課堂教學中要關(guān)

注學生的生活和情感，要關(guān)注情感態(tài)度和價值觀的提升。獲得語言知識和發(fā)展語言技能并不是基礎(chǔ)英語課程的全部內(nèi)容英語課程還要實現(xiàn)情感態(tài)度和價值觀的目標，這一目標要求在英語教學中關(guān)注學生非語言目標方面的發(fā)展；要關(guān)注學生的學習過程。課堂教學要體現(xiàn)學生對知識的學習和掌握過程，語言活動過程要呈現(xiàn)逐步深入和上升的推進過程；要關(guān)注語言的運用。在上課的過程中結(jié)合校本研究的主題，更要關(guān)注語境的真實、自然；要關(guān)注活動的設(shè)計，更要關(guān)注活動的有效性。

3.認真批改作業(yè)。要切實減輕學生的過重負擔，作業(yè)要精心挑選，精心批改，要求書寫端正清楚，必要時應課上評講甚至個別面批面評，訂正要嚴格認真，一絲不茍。

4、認真組織考試?？己蟮脑u講和分析必須有重點，有針對性，既要全面分析，又要個別指導，落實到每位學生。

5.認真組織輔導。做好提優(yōu)補差，不放棄任何一位學生。教師要充滿愛心，耐心細致地對待學習有困難的學生，制定切實有效的幫困措施并落到實處，鼓勵他們樹立信心，教育他們改進方法，促使他們進步。采取種種辦法，通過多樣途徑發(fā)展學生的非智力素質(zhì)，提高教學質(zhì)量。

（三）加強常規(guī)管理，提高教研組的整體素質(zhì)。

1、案例式集體備課、快餐式課前備課，為常態(tài)課質(zhì)量提供保證

(1)針對課改以來出現(xiàn)的一些問題及老師們的困惑，在傳統(tǒng)集體備課模式的基礎(chǔ)上，要求對典型課例進行重點備課，本學期主要圍繞課文A板塊，結(jié)合英語組研究課題“小學英語課堂中情景創(chuàng)設(shè)預設(shè)的研究“展開教學研究，每位教師都要有“備”而來，同時結(jié)合課前的快餐式備課，將個人智慧融入集體智慧中，做到內(nèi)涵延伸，外延拓展，整體把握，讓課堂生成有更多的空間，也為常態(tài)課的教學質(zhì)量提供了保證。

(2)實行課堂開放，堅持聽課制度，同組成員推門聽課，深入班級。加強考核，重點查備、改、輔三個環(huán)節(jié)，教師聽課每月4節(jié)。聽課過程中著重觀察課堂中情景創(chuàng)設(shè)的預設(shè)的達成度和有效性，并在課后進行交流。

(3)以學科為單位擬定單元教學目標和期中、期末考試目標。學科實行單元過關(guān)制，作好質(zhì)量分析。

(4)培優(yōu)輔差要采取課堂內(nèi)外輔導相結(jié)合的方式，學期初制定培優(yōu)輔差計劃，教師輔導須到位。

(5)培養(yǎng)學生良好的英語學習習慣，上課做好筆記，課后及時完成作業(yè)，認真做好預復習，指導學生掌握正確的預復習方法。

2、規(guī)范教學內(nèi)容，營造氛圍。一二年級利用校本課時間教授英語童謠、英語歌曲。全體英語教師要將生動活潑的英語課堂教學作為英語特色的重要內(nèi)容之一，并開展豐富多彩的英語學科活動，堅持在各級各類英語競賽中取得佳績。

3、繼續(xù)“同課異構(gòu)”教學研討活動。

4.積極參加校內(nèi)外各項競賽活動并及時報道。每位教師參加區(qū)級以上競賽或論文評比、文章公開發(fā)表1次以上。

5．營造英語氛圍，構(gòu)建百小英語文化氛圍的營造對于學習外語的人來說至關(guān)重要，因此在百小校園中將設(shè)置“英語”；在班級中呈現(xiàn)“英語角”“每日一詞/一句” 等；同時我們將舉辦英語廣播社團。通過多樣化的手段營造英語氛圍，促進學生有效學習英語，構(gòu)建百小英語 文化。

（四）．開展多彩的學生活動，促進學生和諧發(fā)展。

1、以漢英模塊為切口，開展多種學習興趣活動，激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學生學習英語的興趣，使學生樹立自信心，養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣和形成有效的學習策略，發(fā)展自主學習的能力和合作精神； 使學生掌握一定的英語基礎(chǔ)知識和聽、說、讀、寫技能，形成一定的綜合語言運用能力。

2、通過開展閱讀，對話等競賽，培養(yǎng)學生的觀察、記憶、思維、想象能力和創(chuàng)新精神；幫助學生了解世界和中西方文化的差異，拓展視野，為他們的終生學習和發(fā)展打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。

3、通過舉辦百小第二屆英語節(jié)，調(diào)動學生全員參與的積極性，營造英語學習的氛圍，使百小學生在活動中學習英語，享受英語學習的樂趣。
