八年級(jí)上冊(cè)英語教學(xué)工作總結(jié)
回首過去的這一學(xué)期,我感觸不少。
一、必須學(xué)會(huì)因材施教。學(xué)生本身是存在一定差距的。有的學(xué)生好學(xué)、上進(jìn)、自覺、班級(jí)凝聚力強(qiáng),教學(xué)效果也較好;有的學(xué)生則較為懶散、被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)者居多、班級(jí)缺少主心骨,出來的效果也不盡如人意。雖然我已經(jīng)意識(shí)到這樣一種差距的存在,并采取了一定的對(duì)策,如在六班口語上課的比例盡量減少,更多地采取鼓勵(lì)教學(xué)和愛心教育的形式,但在教學(xué)的過程中應(yīng)變能力還是不夠,也沒隨著形勢(shì)的改變作出應(yīng)有的調(diào)整,導(dǎo)致六班的起色不大。在新學(xué)期里,針對(duì)以上情況,必須下更多的功夫了解學(xué)生的具體情況,對(duì)癥下藥,做到有的放矢,使兩個(gè)班的綜合水平盡量靠攏。
二、鉆研學(xué)科特點(diǎn),但還要與實(shí)際相結(jié)合。從上學(xué)期開始,我開始更多的關(guān)注我們英語學(xué)科教學(xué)的特點(diǎn),通過觀看優(yōu)秀教師視頻、研讀教育專家作品、鉆研所用教材的具體特點(diǎn)、改進(jìn)教學(xué)理念并結(jié)合自身所具有的專業(yè)素養(yǎng),使自己向一名出色的教育工作者進(jìn)一步靠攏。作為一名英語教學(xué)工作著,我一直認(rèn)為英語是說會(huì)的,不是學(xué)會(huì)的。在教學(xué)中,我一再向?qū)W生們強(qiáng)調(diào)“說”的重要性。但由于英語起步較晚,以及自身性格較為羞澀等原因,大部分學(xué)生還是不敢大膽地說英語。盡管我認(rèn)為“說”才是英語教學(xué)的精髓,但針對(duì)咱們農(nóng)村英語教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀以及從升學(xué)的角度考慮,語法的教學(xué)工作也必須跟上,說與練相結(jié)合勢(shì)在必行。要讓學(xué)生既會(huì)說英語,也會(huì)學(xué)英語。
三、教學(xué)過程中切忌單打獨(dú)斗。閉門造車是一種極其愚蠢的行為,最終結(jié)果往往是拼得遍體鱗傷卻又淪為大家的笑柄。作為年輕教師的我們往往多了些年少輕狂,少了些虛心接受,對(duì)待別人的指點(diǎn)往往嗤之以鼻,不以為然。誠(chéng)然,我們有自信的資本,也有老教師可能沒有的活力,但我們欠缺的是經(jīng)驗(yàn),缺少的是人生的歷練,當(dāng)我們被狂妄沖昏頭腦時(shí),來自同事的一句善意提醒,來自班主任老師的一句金玉良言,甚至是來自學(xué)生的一句大膽進(jìn)言都有可能給我們以當(dāng)頭棒喝,讓我們有醍醐灌頂?shù)母杏X。我要說呀,讓單打獨(dú)斗見鬼去吧,通力合作才是王道!要和諧、和諧、再和諧??
四、獎(jiǎng)懲結(jié)合、愛嚴(yán)結(jié)合。長(zhǎng)期以來,我一直與學(xué)生保持著一種朋友似的關(guān)系,也一直對(duì)自己能與學(xué)生保持良好關(guān)系而自鳴得意。而隨之而來的卻是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的明顯懈怠,對(duì)老師是隨便有余而敬畏不足。意識(shí)到問題的我立刻著手做出了改變。一方面我繼續(xù)保持對(duì)待學(xué)生一向的親和態(tài)度,但另一方面,我加大了對(duì)沒能按時(shí)完成學(xué)科作業(yè)及任務(wù)學(xué)生的懲罰力度,做到言必行,行必果。學(xué)生們或許是意識(shí)到老師行為上的一些轉(zhuǎn)變,種種行為也變得相對(duì)收斂起來,面對(duì)老師時(shí)少了些嬉皮笑臉,多了些敬畏,同時(shí)也加強(qiáng)了對(duì)自身的約束。可以說在贏回自身位置的同時(shí),學(xué)生的一些不良習(xí)慣也得到了改觀,不能不說是一箭雙雕,這種亦師亦友的師生關(guān)系才是我所最求的最高境界。我也相信,這種民主,輕松卻又不失嚴(yán)肅的氣氛更利于學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng),歷經(jīng)磨練,學(xué)生們一定會(huì)越來越優(yōu)秀。日復(fù)一日,優(yōu)秀必將成為一種習(xí)慣!
眾所周知,教學(xué)是學(xué)校工作的中心,但不是唯一。除了教學(xué),在其他方面我也是感觸良多。思想方面,作為一名黨員,我從來沒有放松自己的不斷提高,能做到與時(shí)俱進(jìn),及時(shí)更新自己的理念,向先進(jìn)積極靠攏;生活方面,我不過多的追求物質(zhì)享受,注意精神境界上的提升,時(shí)刻關(guān)注國(guó)家國(guó)際大事,多看教學(xué)著作,吸取更多的精神食糧;同時(shí),我深知不能光說不練的道理,既要讓自己做思想上的巨人,也不能做行動(dòng)上的矮子!

積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)和體驗(yàn),激活學(xué)生創(chuàng)新的動(dòng)機(jī)、興趣、情感、意志,萌動(dòng)學(xué)生的求知欲望就成為課改中面臨的新的挑戰(zhàn)。新課標(biāo)要求我們建立以自主、合作、探究為主的教學(xué)模式,激活學(xué)生好奇心,探究欲,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主動(dòng)思考、質(zhì)疑、求索以及善于捕捉新信息的能力,并把這種能力的培養(yǎng)定為課堂教學(xué)的終極目的。為此,我仔細(xì)研究教育心理,準(zhǔn)確把握八年級(jí)學(xué)生的心理特征和思維特點(diǎn),積極探索有利于激發(fā)興趣、激活思維、激勵(lì)探討的課堂教學(xué)方法。例如在處理每單元的重點(diǎn)篇目時(shí),我始終采用整體感知――合作探究――反思質(zhì)疑――拓展延伸的教學(xué)模式,根據(jù)不同內(nèi)容精心設(shè)計(jì)問題,組織課堂教學(xué)。
這樣教學(xué),課堂上感受到的是一種親切、和諧、活躍的氣氛。教師已成為學(xué)生的親密朋友,教室也轉(zhuǎn)變成為學(xué)生的學(xué)堂,學(xué)生再也不是僵化呆板、默默無聞的模范聽眾。他們的個(gè)性得到充分的展現(xiàn)與培養(yǎng):或質(zhì)疑問難,或浮想聯(lián)翩,或組間交流,或挑戰(zhàn)權(quán)威。師生互動(dòng),生生互動(dòng),組組互動(dòng),環(huán)境互動(dòng),在有限的時(shí)間內(nèi),每一位學(xué)生都得到了較為充分的鍛煉和表現(xiàn)的機(jī)會(huì)。教室中再?zèng)]有陰暗冰冷的“死角”,課堂上充滿著流動(dòng)的陽光,平等、和諧與交流共存,發(fā)現(xiàn)、挑戰(zhàn)與沉思同在?;钴S的思維,頻動(dòng)的閃光點(diǎn),讓學(xué)生成為課堂上真正的主人。教師的授課既源于教材,又不唯教材。師生的情感與個(gè)性融在其中,現(xiàn)實(shí)的生活進(jìn)入課堂,學(xué)生在互動(dòng)中求知,在活動(dòng)中探索,既輕松地掌握了知識(shí),又潛移默化地培養(yǎng)了能力。學(xué)生的整體素質(zhì)有了質(zhì)的提高,語文課堂真正煥發(fā)出它應(yīng)有的活力。
三、用自主與探究解放學(xué)生,提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。
新課標(biāo)對(duì)語文課程的基本要求,也就是語文學(xué)科工具性與人文性特點(diǎn)的集中體現(xiàn)。教學(xué)中,一改過去課堂上過于注重知識(shí)傳授,內(nèi)容上過于注重書本知識(shí),結(jié)構(gòu)上過于強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)科本位,實(shí)施中過于強(qiáng)調(diào)接受學(xué)習(xí),死記硬背,機(jī)械訓(xùn)練等狀況,仔細(xì)研究教材內(nèi)容,精心設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),將學(xué)生從原有的課堂圈子中“解放”出來,調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,使他們能夠在自主探究與交流的過程中,不斷挑戰(zhàn)自我,擴(kuò)展創(chuàng)造性思維。
四、以閱讀教學(xué)為教學(xué)重點(diǎn),達(dá)到相應(yīng)的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)。
1.融入自己的生活體驗(yàn),感悟課文的思想內(nèi)涵,進(jìn)而了解社會(huì)人生;繼續(xù)了解敘事性作品的文體特征,品味含意豐富的語句。
2.加強(qiáng)了朗讀,注意課文中的聯(lián)想與想像,了解直接抒情與間接抒情的表達(dá)方式,學(xué)習(xí)抒情性語言。
3.在理解課文內(nèi)容、熟悉科學(xué)文藝作品特點(diǎn)的同時(shí),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生樹立起環(huán)保意識(shí)。
4.學(xué)生了解了民生和民間文化。不僅感覺到自身日常生活中蘊(yùn)含的無窮樂趣,還體會(huì)到了多種表達(dá)方式綜合運(yùn)用產(chǎn)生的藝術(shù)效果。
5.在優(yōu)美的古文中漫步,在大致讀懂課文的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合自己的體驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)作品的思想內(nèi)容;了解古人寫景、敘事、議論的藝術(shù),體會(huì)語言運(yùn)用的妙處;積累了常見的文言詞語,增強(qiáng)了語感。
6.在借助提示、注釋和工具書讀懂課文的基礎(chǔ)上,體會(huì)游記散文借景抒情的特點(diǎn);品味了古詩文名句的思想感情,并結(jié)合親身體驗(yàn)加深了理解。
五、用扎實(shí)多樣的訓(xùn)練,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語文實(shí)踐能力
死教書、教死書不能適應(yīng)社會(huì)對(duì)教育的需要,新課程改革正是對(duì)今天教師教學(xué)觀念的挑戰(zhàn)。教師應(yīng)由知識(shí)的占有者轉(zhuǎn)化為知識(shí)的組織者,由知識(shí)的傳遞者轉(zhuǎn)化為學(xué)習(xí)的促進(jìn)者,超越課堂的藩籬,將現(xiàn)代教學(xué)過程演化為“培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)者”的過程,實(shí)現(xiàn)由“授之以魚”到“授之以漁”的根本轉(zhuǎn)變。用扎實(shí)多樣的訓(xùn)練,多方面提高學(xué)生的語文素養(yǎng),努力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語文實(shí)踐能力,使學(xué)生獲得一定的終身學(xué)習(xí)的本領(lǐng)。對(duì)八年級(jí)的學(xué)生而言,方法要比知識(shí)更為重要,教授方法才是教學(xué)的根本。
六、教育教學(xué)效果和不足
一學(xué)期來,在學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的悉心指導(dǎo)和關(guān)懷下,在學(xué)生的良好配合下,教育教學(xué)任務(wù)得到圓滿完成。教師與學(xué)生關(guān)系更加融洽,學(xué)生的知識(shí)和能力得到長(zhǎng)進(jìn)。但學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)、自覺學(xué)習(xí)、勤于學(xué)生的意識(shí)有待加強(qiáng),朗讀水平也有待繼續(xù)提高,我將在以后的教學(xué)中完善這些工作。
