上一周的勞累與辛苦使我牢記心理，不過(guò)這一周又學(xué)到新的東西，雖然簡(jiǎn)單但是也很容易出錯(cuò)，我和我一個(gè)師傅去澆水泥板，在澆焊一塊鐵架子，放在里面來(lái)增加的它的強(qiáng)度，以防被什么大型機(jī)器從上面走的時(shí)候壓壞了，我看著師傅做，便好奇的問(wèn)你為什么不做成和扳子一樣大的架子呢？師傅起初并沒(méi)有告訴我為什么這樣做，我一直帶著這樣的疑問(wèn)。后來(lái)和他一起澆的時(shí)候才發(fā)現(xiàn)，如果和它弄成一樣大的話結(jié)果就放不進(jìn)去，或者說(shuō)以后弄出來(lái)，邊上就會(huì)不平齊，不僅外觀上面不怎么好看，而且有些時(shí)候不注意的話，他人從它旁邊經(jīng)過(guò)的會(huì)弄傷其他人。這個(gè)雖然簡(jiǎn)單，也許在書(shū)上的時(shí)候大家都會(huì)說(shuō)，但你一旦在真正實(shí)踐的時(shí)候就會(huì)想不到，只有實(shí)踐了，才能更深的體會(huì)。第十一周周記

第一篇

今天是我實(shí)習(xí)的第二天，對(duì)于剛剛來(lái)的新員工，公司肯定不可能讓我們接觸淘寶客服最核心的管理部分。

所以就簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)說(shuō)今天所做哪些皮毛事情吧。早上過(guò)來(lái)公司，首先就是登上旺旺，進(jìn)入淘寶后臺(tái)，看看早上的交易量和未發(fā)貨的數(shù)量。接下來(lái)就是用旺旺同顧客聊天，回答客戶提出的問(wèn)題，引導(dǎo)顧客購(gòu)買，促成交易，同時(shí)也要處理顧客對(duì)我們產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的不滿，例如售前客服的態(tài)度和退款退貨問(wèn)題等等。

即使受了委屈也需要不停地給顧客道歉和解釋，盡管導(dǎo)致顧客不滿的原因不在于我，但是仍然要拿出十分的耐心和最真誠(chéng)的態(tài)度為每個(gè)顧客解答。也許有些顧客很刁鉆，很難處理，不過(guò)也要記得，微笑說(shuō)話，盡量為他們提供好的解決方案。提出的解決方案一方面不能違背老板給的權(quán)限，另一方面要站在客戶角度想問(wèn)題（現(xiàn)實(shí)與理想的沖突）。不過(guò)，也有值得很開(kāi)心的事，幫助客戶解決問(wèn)題，得到客戶的認(rèn)同和支持后，感到非常很開(kāi)心，覺(jué)得自己是有價(jià)值的。

第二篇

我是和同事們住在宿舍里。公司只管住不管吃，在宿舍里我們自己作飯。一共有四個(gè)女生，大家輪流做飯一天。做飯其實(shí)真的很麻煩，要買菜、摘菜、洗碗、每個(gè)星期最不愿意過(guò)的就是做飯這天，以前一直沒(méi)體會(huì)到母親每天都做飯是如此的辛苦。

現(xiàn)在我覺(jué)得實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力不僅體現(xiàn)在學(xué)習(xí)和工作中，更應(yīng)該注重到實(shí)際生活中。畢業(yè)以后我們到外面工作，生活中很多事情都是要我們完成。吃飯、洗衣收拾家具這些看似簡(jiǎn) 單的事，其實(shí)做起來(lái)也是很不容易的，尤其是我們以前根本不做，現(xiàn)在什么都要自己親力親為就更是如此了！如果我們連自己的生活都安排不了，那么怎么能把工作做得很好呢。不是有句古語(yǔ)這樣說(shuō)：“一屋不掃，何以掃天下。”所以，在生活和工作中要注重培養(yǎng)自己的動(dòng)手能力很重要。

這是實(shí)習(xí)的第五周，一個(gè)月的時(shí)間，說(shuō)短不斷，在周里我學(xué)習(xí)到了東西，其中當(dāng)然包括作為淘寶客服的基本職責(zé)。

第一，通過(guò)阿里旺旺和客戶溝通，解答客戶提出的各種問(wèn)題，達(dá)成交易。

第二，負(fù)責(zé)收集客戶信息，了解并分析客戶需求，規(guī)劃客戶服務(wù)方案，負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行有效的客戶管理和溝通。

第三，負(fù)責(zé)建立客戶服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)以及培訓(xùn)客戶代表等相關(guān)人員，定期或不定期 第四，負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)展維護(hù)良好的客戶關(guān)系，組織公司產(chǎn)品的售后服務(wù)工作 第五，建立客戶檔案、質(zhì)量跟蹤記錄等售后服務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng)。

第六，負(fù)責(zé)及時(shí)跟蹤貨品發(fā)貨動(dòng)向，及時(shí)與用戶溝通，避免用戶不滿意。

第四篇

時(shí)間真是過(guò)的很快，悄無(wú)聲息，轉(zhuǎn)眼間都第七周了。感覺(jué)自己的棱角平了很多，不像以前那么扎人了！出來(lái)工作，的確很磨練人，以前我脾氣不好，也沒(méi)有什么耐心。但是在工作中，無(wú)論你是心情不好。還是你不想說(shuō)話，都必須收拾好自己的情緒，思考怎樣跟不同的客人交談，給客戶做回訪時(shí)該怎么說(shuō)才不會(huì)被拒絕，等等?？赡苷娴氖窃诤涂腿舜蚪坏赖臅r(shí)候，自己的耐心才慢慢被訓(xùn)練出來(lái)的！

其實(shí)以前在沒(méi)接觸這些的時(shí)候，真的從來(lái)都不去想會(huì)什么樣，可是一接觸才發(fā)現(xiàn)，這其中有太多要學(xué)的東西了，技巧很多．感觸很多，但是，無(wú)論多苦，多難，我都會(huì)繼續(xù)用心的學(xué)下去，堅(jiān)持好好把實(shí)習(xí)完成。

工作的第九周，每天除了應(yīng)該工作中的問(wèn)題之外，在工作中與同事領(lǐng)導(dǎo)打交道也是不可避免的，尤其是與同事很多時(shí)候我們要在一起研究該如何去做，讓客戶對(duì)我們的服務(wù)更加滿意，使工作效率提到最高。

剛開(kāi)始還不是很適應(yīng)，因?yàn)樵趯W(xué)校都是自己學(xué)自己的，很少和同學(xué)一起討論研究。而現(xiàn)在就不同了，每天我們都有自己的任務(wù)。并且現(xiàn)在的工作都是相應(yīng)聯(lián)系和影響的，如果有一個(gè)人的工作做的不好，下一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)就會(huì)出現(xiàn)差錯(cuò)，將導(dǎo)致整套工作出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤，不僅浪費(fèi)你一個(gè)人的時(shí)間，很多人的工作都白費(fèi)了。大家還得去尋找總是出現(xiàn)漏洞的地方。有時(shí)候顧客著急，就會(huì)離開(kāi)選擇到別的店。

所以我，在現(xiàn)實(shí)的工作中明白了合作協(xié)調(diào)能力是如此的重要。今后在學(xué)校一定多與同學(xué)、老師在一起研究學(xué)習(xí)。

時(shí)間過(guò)得飛快。悄無(wú)聲息，我已經(jīng)實(shí)習(xí)了四周，在這四周里我學(xué)到最關(guān)鍵的一個(gè)能力，就是溝通。

實(shí)習(xí)是在一個(gè)大的環(huán)境里生活。要懂得跟周圍人溝通，學(xué)習(xí)，不可以在任性。
