有一種貧血叫“地中海貧血”，這些家庭就叫“地貧家庭”，不幸身患重癥地貧的孩子稱(chēng)為“地貧兒”。我就是地中海貧血家庭的家長(zhǎng)代表，同時(shí)，我也跟在場(chǎng)的許多人一樣，是一名無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者，也是無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血活動(dòng)的志愿者。我很榮幸站在這里，感恩一份沉甸甸的愛(ài)的同時(shí)吶喊出“地貧家庭”的心聲。

我們有一群為了堅(jiān)持生命而拼命掙扎，卻徘徊在死亡線(xiàn)上的地中海貧血孩子。因?yàn)榛蛲蛔?，他們不能生長(zhǎng)正常的紅細(xì)胞，這群孩子從出生到現(xiàn)在一直靠輸血來(lái)艱難地延續(xù)著可貴的生命。

他們從出生幾個(gè)月就開(kāi)始了終生“輸血”和“排鐵”的不幸命運(yùn)。而我們作為家長(zhǎng)，每個(gè)月都必須帶著他們到醫(yī)院輸血二次，從未間斷。如果不及時(shí)輸血，孩子便會(huì)出現(xiàn)臉色蒼白、全身無(wú)力的癥狀，就像汽車(chē)沒(méi)有了燃油再也無(wú)法行駛。因此，去輸血，在孩子們看來(lái)就是一次次司空見(jiàn)慣又意義非凡的為生命“加油”的過(guò)程。

是你們獻(xiàn)出的熱血，一滴滴流進(jìn)孩子的體內(nèi)，蒼白的小臉逐漸紅潤(rùn)，內(nèi)心燃起生的希望。有時(shí)候扎疼了，孩子就拽著我哭，說(shuō)媽媽可不可以不要這樣?！蔽抑荒苄耐吹馗嬖V孩子，如果不輸血，你就會(huì)去到一個(gè)永遠(yuǎn)也看不見(jiàn)爸爸媽媽的地方。雖然他們還不明白這其中的含義，但總會(huì)堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的面對(duì)這可怕的事情。

我要代表我們地貧家長(zhǎng)向無(wú)數(shù)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者表示忠心的感謝!這么多年來(lái)，孩子們以平均15～20天就要輸血的頻率來(lái)維持生命，是你們無(wú)私的.奉獻(xiàn)，用愛(ài)和熱血為成千上萬(wàn)的地貧孩子點(diǎn)亮了生命的明燈。
