第一篇：酒吧萬圣節(jié)活動(dòng)策劃方案

首先說宣傳部分：

1．對(duì)外宣傳，我們主要針對(duì)天大、南大、師大的韓國(guó)留學(xué)生。宣傳的方法很簡(jiǎn)單，是面對(duì)面的溝通交流，讓他們對(duì)我們的萬圣節(jié)產(chǎn)生興趣。向其推銷的重點(diǎn)就是中國(guó)風(fēng)格的萬圣節(jié)，并且要告訴他們可以通過這次活動(dòng)交到中國(guó)朋友。但可能在溝通上會(huì)有些難度，不過應(yīng)該可以克服。本階段需要裝備，僅是名片一盒100到200張即可，名片沒有其他要求但一定要在背面印好唐會(huì)的交通路線，并用文字注明。如果覺得這樣麻煩，還可用韓文印傳單，以派單的方法把消息傳達(dá)給韓國(guó)人。但如果這樣，或許效果不會(huì)像面對(duì)面說服效果那么明顯，而且費(fèi)用會(huì)高出許多。面對(duì)面說服時(shí)還要注意一點(diǎn)，當(dāng)他說想去時(shí)，給他在名片上安排一個(gè)座位號(hào)，這樣會(huì)給他們內(nèi)心造成一種已經(jīng)預(yù)定的壓力，這樣當(dāng)天去的可能性就會(huì)更大提高。韓國(guó)人不宜太多了，因?yàn)樽挥邢?。不過反想其實(shí)人去的越多造成的轟動(dòng)效應(yīng)越大。

2．對(duì)內(nèi)宣傳

a、打出第一步的宣傳概念，就是以宣傳唐會(huì)將在萬圣節(jié)創(chuàng)造出一個(gè)激情四射的萬圣節(jié)，打出和外國(guó)人一起過萬圣節(jié)的口號(hào)。宣傳形式，派單。主要在濱江道 新文化 星巴克 必勝客發(fā)。讓人們初步了解唐會(huì)將準(zhǔn)備一次與眾不同的萬圣節(jié)活動(dòng)。什么樣的活動(dòng)不提，設(shè)懸念。

b、狼的誘惑，本階段是以故弄玄虛的方式吸引注意。從萬圣節(jié)前一個(gè)星期開始，讓唐會(huì)傳出狼嚎聲，最好能清楚的傳入行人的耳朵。并印一份名為 誰在嚎叫的宣傳彈，再次給人們?cè)O(shè)下懸念，使拿到傳單的人都想問到底是什么在唐會(huì)嚎叫，唐會(huì)到底要舉辦一次什么樣的圣靈之夜。發(fā)單地點(diǎn)不變，但方式改變。在濱江道和新文化分別找一家或兩家代理發(fā)單店，在賣衣服的同時(shí)給光顧他店的顧客發(fā)單，并且需要錄音帶配合制造意境。作為對(duì)他們的報(bào)酬，可以是對(duì)店員的一次免費(fèi)party酒水派送。即節(jié)約，效果也一定很好。

c、血色箭頭，這個(gè)點(diǎn)子較有轟動(dòng)性，但絕對(duì)是處在法律的邊緣，實(shí)施難度比較大，有一定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性。但要是真的事實(shí)起來，相信絕對(duì)會(huì)吸引到很多人。方案很簡(jiǎn)單，萬圣節(jié)的前兩或三天晚上在唐會(huì)正對(duì)著的衛(wèi)津路段用紅色的油漆畫一個(gè)巨型的箭頭出來，第二天早晨人們上班時(shí)，可以清楚的看到血紅的箭頭直指唐會(huì)。第二天下午開始發(fā)傳單，傳單內(nèi)容是以一個(gè)局外人的口氣夸張的描述箭頭突然出現(xiàn)給人再次制造神奇詭秘的感覺，同時(shí)向上次的宣傳一樣要配相應(yīng)的錄音帶以講故事的形式向人們告知現(xiàn)象。

所有活動(dòng)展開前的宣傳工作在此先告一段落，當(dāng)然因?yàn)槲磥淼牟豢捎?，或許在活動(dòng)進(jìn)行的過程中會(huì)隨著事情的演變而改變。

當(dāng)天的活動(dòng)安排，可以分為活動(dòng)前的等待 中韓交友…… 五個(gè)階段?；顒?dòng)前的等待，是指在活動(dòng)開始前先有一個(gè)等待的概念，利用人們的好奇心。拖延入場(chǎng)時(shí)間，當(dāng)晚的開門時(shí)間我覺得應(yīng)調(diào)整到八點(diǎn)往后，萬圣節(jié)十二點(diǎn)鐘聲敲想的時(shí)候才會(huì)是活動(dòng)高潮所在，如果等待的時(shí)間過久，有可能客人的好奇心會(huì)逐漸減退，取代的是厭煩的情緒。進(jìn)酒吧前先送給每個(gè)客人一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)易面具。

進(jìn)酒吧后，首先進(jìn)入眼睛的是吧臺(tái)四周裹著白色的布簾，里面?zhèn)鞒龊蛶滋烨耙粯拥睦呛柯?，聲音處理一定要真?shí)，而且從白色布簾上還隱約看到一只狼的影子。又一次給人們感覺到奇幻，好奇心加重！dj宣布今天十二點(diǎn)前最高消費(fèi)客人將（（抱））走唐會(huì)精心準(zhǔn)備的一份神秘禮物！

中韓交友，韓國(guó)客人都拿有分發(fā)給他們的坐號(hào)，服務(wù)員領(lǐng)位時(shí)，直接帶到事先確定的位置。中國(guó)客人進(jìn)門可以把他們帶到與韓國(guó)客人相鄰的桌子，以方便其交流。桌子坐滿客人都要酒水后dj喊口號(hào)，讓客人隨意更換座位，dj要強(qiáng)調(diào)今晚來到唐會(huì)的人都是朋友，都是兄弟姐妹，鼓舞大家換位子。放輕音樂，讓客人自己交流。這時(shí)的燈光最好不要太暗。dj要隨時(shí)間的推移，報(bào)時(shí)并提醒大家唐會(huì)給大家的驚喜越來越進(jìn)！

神秘揭曉（高潮）十二點(diǎn)，dj宣布大家屏住呼吸，神秘馬上揭曉，停音樂，dj這時(shí)說話的聲音要處理的陰森一點(diǎn)！燈 “逐漸” 關(guān)閉！第一次開燈，吧臺(tái)中還是空無一物，給人們心理制造一些起伏！dj解釋說純屬失誤，要以滑稽的語氣說，給場(chǎng)上造成一次爆笑。燈又開始逐個(gè)熄滅，當(dāng)完全黑下來時(shí)從里屋逐漸射出數(shù)條細(xì)小的光線，黑暗的四周好象有很多白影浮動(dòng)，光線向吧臺(tái)移動(dòng)，消失在吧臺(tái)里。雷射燈突然打開，照射吧臺(tái)方向，又馬上熄滅，但已經(jīng)看到吧臺(tái)上站著好多做貞子打扮的東西。dj放一段比較恐怖的音樂。吧臺(tái)里的舞臺(tái)下燈打開照射在站在舞臺(tái)上的人身上，做特寫。慢慢周圍燈也亮了?？吹轿枧_(tái)上的人都罩著部滿血跡的白布。這時(shí)，音樂響起。舞臺(tái)上的人撤下身上的白布，有的穿著較現(xiàn)代感的服裝，有的穿著唐裝禮服。dj喊口號(hào)，舞臺(tái)上一段比較個(gè)性化的熱舞，熱舞后走下舞臺(tái)站在吧臺(tái)周圍。dj宣布目前最高消費(fèi)者，里屋走出美女一個(gè)。dj宣布，今天的神秘獎(jiǎng)品就是xx小姐。美女走上舞臺(tái)，對(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)客人笑笑，在手提袋（大）里摸索。突然捧出一只小狗，它就是今晚的神秘獎(jiǎng)品！再次造成場(chǎng)上爆笑，笑后dj喊口號(hào)，萬圣節(jié)happy！舞會(huì)開始。

dj營(yíng)造氛圍是關(guān)鍵所在！

注：整個(gè)活動(dòng)過程中，抽時(shí)間給客人們拍照，要來聯(lián)系方式以便以后可以送照片。讓客人體會(huì)到唐會(huì)的誠意是別人沒有的，要他們深深記著這次活動(dòng)，為以后成為唐會(huì)客源打下基礎(chǔ)！

第二篇：酒吧萬圣節(jié)活動(dòng)策劃方案

萬圣節(jié)

萬圣夜(Halloween)(又叫鬼節(jié)，萬圣節(jié)前夜)在每年的10月31日，是英語世界的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日，主要流行于北美、不列顛群島、澳大利亞、加拿大和新西蘭。當(dāng)晚小孩會(huì)穿上化妝服，戴上面具，挨家挨戶收集糖果。

萬圣夜英文稱之“Halloween”，為“All Hallow Eve”的縮寫，是指萬圣節(jié)(All Hallow's Day)的前夜，類似于圣誕夜被稱為“Christmas Eve”?！癏allow”來源于中古英語halwen，與holy詞源很接近，在蘇格蘭和加拿大的某些區(qū)域，萬圣節(jié)仍然被稱為“All Hallow Mas”，意思是在紀(jì)念所有的圣人(Hallow)那一天，要舉行的彌撒儀式(Mass)。

萬圣夜通常與靈異的事物聯(lián)系起來。歐洲傳統(tǒng)上認(rèn)為萬圣節(jié)是鬼魂世界最接近人間的時(shí)間，這傳說與中國(guó)的盂蘭節(jié)類似。美國(guó)明尼蘇達(dá)州的Anoka號(hào)稱是“世界萬圣節(jié)之都”，每年都舉行大型的巡游慶祝。

1、恐怖長(zhǎng)廊(咨客臺(tái))

恐怖長(zhǎng)廊，顧名思義就是在酒吧的咨客處搭建一個(gè)長(zhǎng)廊，里面以魔幻的燈光(如深綠、深藍(lán)這一類型的燈光)、恐怖的音效、嚇人的道具(骷髏、蝙蝠、鬼怪等)布置一個(gè)令人心跳的環(huán)境，滿足現(xiàn)代年輕人獵奇的心態(tài)，使得員工在緊張的工作之余獲得心身的放松，完美的詮釋恐怖長(zhǎng)廊的定義。

2、簽到、化妝處與道具發(fā)放處

在恐怖長(zhǎng)廊的盡頭入口處設(shè)置一背景板，背景板前面是簽到處，簽到后可憑名片領(lǐng)取自己喜歡面具一只(80只)服裝一套(僅限表演參與者20套)，3名化妝師給愿意化妝的員工化妝(鬼妝)，化妝和道具的原則是主人在自己愿意的前提下可以保證其他人認(rèn)不出來，所有物品可以寄放在存包處，準(zhǔn)備好后進(jìn)入。

3、活動(dòng)大廳

活動(dòng)大廳用燈光、道具和音效布置出萬圣節(jié)的氛圍，加一些恐怖惡搞的小道具。

第一幕-MC講話

主持人(畫死神妝)出場(chǎng)，宣布活動(dòng)細(xì)則，活動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)、獎(jiǎng)品;獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)分為兩種 ：

一種是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)嘉賓評(píng)選出來的最嚇人著裝獎(jiǎng)、最嚇人化妝獎(jiǎng)、最雷人化妝獎(jiǎng)、最雷人著裝獎(jiǎng)、最優(yōu)雅著裝獎(jiǎng)、最優(yōu)雅化妝獎(jiǎng)六個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)由現(xiàn)場(chǎng)嘉賓自愿上臺(tái)(覺得自己對(duì)這個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)有信心的嘉賓)，讓其它嘉賓評(píng)選，由掌聲和歡呼聲大小決定誰是優(yōu)勝者;

第二幕-DJ講話

DJ宣布今晚獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的內(nèi)容，有什么大獎(jiǎng)等待著現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的所有嘉賓

第三幕-嘉賓自由熱舞

來場(chǎng)嘉賓20分鐘的自由熱舞(對(duì)大家來說相互都很陌生已經(jīng)認(rèn)不出對(duì)方

第四幕-員工自己助興活動(dòng)

由SHANGHAI WIN員工內(nèi)部組織的助興活動(dòng)五個(gè)(唱歌、跳舞、魔術(shù)等)，讓員工更有參與感和整個(gè)公司團(tuán)隊(duì)融為一體，使得整個(gè)派對(duì)顯得更活躍更激情;

第五篇-評(píng)獎(jiǎng)

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)嘉賓評(píng)選出來的最嚇人著裝獎(jiǎng)、最嚇人化妝獎(jiǎng)、最雷人化妝獎(jiǎng)、最雷人著裝獎(jiǎng)、最優(yōu)雅著裝獎(jiǎng)、最優(yōu)雅化妝獎(jiǎng)六個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)由現(xiàn)場(chǎng)嘉賓自愿上臺(tái)(覺得自己對(duì)這個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)有信心的嘉賓)，讓其它嘉賓評(píng)選，由掌聲和歡呼聲大小決定誰是優(yōu)勝者;評(píng)出優(yōu)勝者后頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)品和定制獎(jiǎng)杯。

評(píng)獎(jiǎng)結(jié)束后，在雞尾酒吧臺(tái)，我們可以觀賞到精彩的調(diào)酒師高超的調(diào)酒特技，品嘗著現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試的“鬼酒”(為本次活動(dòng)特制的飲品)。

新奇的面具.服飾，完美的音效，眩目的燈光，血腥的天使，另類的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，足以讓你瘋狂至極，更能讓你的各色好玩.刺激的游戲中，交往到更多的朋友。還在等什么 ?來吧!讓我們一起來創(chuàng)造恐懼，一起來游戲交友。用行動(dòng)挑戰(zhàn)你的膽量，用尖叫發(fā)泄你的不安，就在這萬圣節(jié)前衣，讓我們一起瘋狂，一起快樂吧!

活動(dòng)當(dāng)晚，花好月圓婚典還為參加活動(dòng)的人免費(fèi)提供豐富的精靈面具，時(shí)尚禮品。大家更有機(jī)會(huì)在活動(dòng)中得到各類數(shù)目大獎(jiǎng)!

活動(dòng)流程

一：到阿瑪尼門口，領(lǐng)取各類面具及道具，和五張交友胸貼。進(jìn)入恐怖.刺激的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。

二：8點(diǎn)活動(dòng)正式開始。扮演成鐘樓怪人或海盜船長(zhǎng)的主持人出場(chǎng)。開場(chǎng)音效及燈光。血腥天使表演，骷髏舞表演。

三：游戲環(huán)節(jié)：男.女各若干分2組。

1：蒙眼吃蛋糕

男女各一人都蒙上眼睛，再加一指揮員。

男女各一人蒙上眼睛，各自站在距離2米處，原地轉(zhuǎn)圈后，在指揮員的口令下把自己手上的蛋糕喂到對(duì)方嘴里，產(chǎn)生最有默契獎(jiǎng)《最快的》，最高雅獎(jiǎng)《嘴巴和手最干凈的》

2：男女并購

上來10名左右男女，把男的當(dāng)成一元，女的當(dāng)成0.5元。當(dāng)主持人報(bào)上一價(jià)格，男女迅速按這價(jià)格抱成一團(tuán)，沒有并在一起的或并錯(cuò)的淘汰。最后會(huì)剩一對(duì)男女，最后得獎(jiǎng)。

3：答非所問

準(zhǔn)備5~10題問題及答案，把它們隨意打亂，2對(duì)都帶上耳機(jī)，有其中一對(duì)隨意說問題，另一對(duì)隨意說答案。錯(cuò)得回答很搞笑，以巧合對(duì)的多者最后得獎(jiǎng)。

4：口是手非

分2對(duì)，各派一人對(duì)抗，1~5數(shù)字，各自口說一數(shù)字，同時(shí)用手表示，手不能和口說的一樣，并不能同時(shí)說同一數(shù)字。錯(cuò)者淘汰。最后留下的隊(duì)勝，有獎(jiǎng)。

5：終極密碼及超級(jí)雞尾酒

主持人 先定下一數(shù)字，有2隊(duì)說數(shù)字，主持人會(huì)每次提醒是在幾~幾間，說一次，隊(duì)友就向酒杯倒上一種原料，最后，一隊(duì)友說到這終極密碼，有對(duì)方隊(duì)友分喝這杯五味的雞尾酒。

6：神秘環(huán)節(jié)

有一網(wǎng)友在對(duì)方不知情的情況下，向她求婚!活動(dòng)內(nèi)容內(nèi)定!

活動(dòng)中間，有舞蹈和小魔術(shù)，變臉，唱歌等節(jié)目。

四：現(xiàn)場(chǎng)對(duì)自己中意的可以向他《她》貼上你的交友卡。到最后評(píng)出最有魅力獎(jiǎng)，最嗨獎(jiǎng)，最膽小獎(jiǎng)，等。

酒吧萬圣節(jié)策劃方案

整個(gè)場(chǎng)地布置要全面，可針對(duì)不同的策劃主題來裝飾(酒吧活動(dòng)主題可參考酒吧適用策劃部分的活動(dòng))，所有的地方和人員都要進(jìn)行裝扮，門口的保安可身著萬圣鬼怪服，手拿仿真斧頭大刀道具各1套。

所需道具萬圣節(jié)拉花、萬圣鬼叫燈、仿真斧子、鬼服等

魔夜禮品：在前期宣傳時(shí)就可作為一個(gè)宣傳點(diǎn)，每個(gè)進(jìn)場(chǎng)的觀眾均贈(zèng)送“魔夜禮品”一份。禮品最好是訂做的上面標(biāo)有場(chǎng)子名的小禮物，禮物要與萬圣有關(guān)聯(lián)。實(shí)在因?yàn)橐恍┰虿荒苡喿龅脑?，可以送魔鬼指甲、搞怪小玩具等?zèng)品。

消費(fèi)達(dá)到一定額度的客人，可獲得魔鬼拍照的機(jī)會(huì)，即立拍得活動(dòng)相片。

將場(chǎng)子里的酒水及食品的名字都改為與萬圣有關(guān)的名字;或單獨(dú)提供一張萬圣節(jié)專用的“萬圣酒單”，比如經(jīng)典的B52轟炸機(jī)、血腥瑪麗、惡魔子彈等。下面，360演藝網(wǎng)就提供一些適合演藝、酒吧在萬圣節(jié)推出的最新創(chuàng)意酒水和食品：

1、凝結(jié)的血：自制的荔枝啫喱表面滴上一層血淋淋的草莓醬，里面放入幾顆由軟糖制成的可食用吸血鬼牙齒。

2、女巫的綠色眼淚：由芒果汁、橙汁及檸檬水混合而成的綠色粘稠飲品上面漂浮著一只小蜘蛛形狀巧克力。

3、吸血鬼的鼻涕：看起來呈混濁綠色的由Malibu冧酒、芒果蓉、橙汁及菠蘿汁調(diào)制而成飲料上點(diǎn)綴一條毛蟲軟糖。

4、凱莉被詛咒的童年：血紅色飲料，所需材料為Malibu冧酒、石榴酒、菠蘿汁及小紅莓汁。

5、地獄烈火：法國(guó)茴香酒和塔巴斯科辣沙司調(diào)制而成，酒性很烈，喝起來嗓子如同著火一般，有人說那感覺就像用甘草管把辣椒粉吸到了嗓子里。

6、血洗東京：眼珠子漂浮在血上的湯(羅宋湯)。

7、深夜棺影：棺材形狀的面包內(nèi)盛載精心挑選的巴西豬背肋骨，背肋骨涂上燒烤醬汁腌料烤制而成，最后插上牙簽或餅干做的十字架，淋上草莓醬。

8、月夜蝙蝠：蛋撻配合唂咕粉做成蝙蝠圖案，黃色的蛋撻搭配巧克力色的蝙蝠，別有一番意境!

9、萬圣南瓜盅：黃金瓜做成萬圣南瓜怪造型，里面塞入各色水果球，淋上沙拉。南瓜嘴巴處可倒上一些番茄醬，感覺像是個(gè)在吐血的南瓜。

10、惡鬼的零食盤：一盤零食，里面有毛毛蟲軟糖、眼珠子果凍、假牙造型的軟糖、十字架餅干等等。

11、食人狂的廚房(Q版)：紅色圣女果內(nèi)插入骨頭狀的小糖，使其看起來像是一個(gè)Q版的雞腿狀。盤內(nèi)點(diǎn)綴其他萬圣小飾品。

12、血爆腦漿：日本豆腐的做法烹制出嫩豆腐(沒有條件現(xiàn)做的場(chǎng)子購買現(xiàn)成的豆腐腦也可)，上面淋上紅色的草莓醬或番茄醬，可以放在南瓜盅里，也可以放在面包做的“棺材盒”里，甚至可以放到鋸開一半的塑料模特頭里。

13、人肉叉燒包：一盤普通燒賣，盤內(nèi)用一層番茄醬鋪底，上面點(diǎn)綴蛆狀橡皮糖。

其他萬圣節(jié)創(chuàng)意酒水、食品：血液棒棒糖、萬圣節(jié)蟲子菜、萬圣節(jié)人頭蛋糕、木乃伊面條、骷髏頭面包

注意：飲品和食物上方的裝飾也要夠“恐怖”哦，可以用一些小金桔雕刻為黃色南瓜樣式，插上萬圣圖案的黑色小裝飾紙傘、海盜旗等。

1、挖南瓜比賽：
