增城艾瑪婦產(chǎn)醫(yī)院客戶部學習工作月總結

環(huán)境概況：

增城艾瑪婦科醫(yī)院處于廣州市新塘鎮(zhèn)國際牛仔城對面，107國道旁，交界于東莞中堂鎮(zhèn)。是一個以工業(yè)與小型紡織企業(yè)為主要支柱的經(jīng)濟重鎮(zhèn)。人口結構以外來務工人員和本地人為主，其中外來務工人員占總人口的70%。在就業(yè)高峰時期，總人口將近100萬，受金融風暴以及城市經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整的影響，現(xiàn)在總人口大概在4O萬左右。地區(qū)總體消費水平處于中下水平。由于新塘地處廣州和東莞交界處，人員流動性較大，人口結構復雜，造成地區(qū)治安狀況較差。這樣的環(huán)境也造就很多黑診所門診泛濫，從而也對民營醫(yī)療機構造成一定的沖擊以及影響。

經(jīng)過前段時間的醫(yī)院前期的努力與爭取，醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科將在近期將通過驗收，因此艾瑪醫(yī)院將成為增城地區(qū)第一家具有產(chǎn)科門診的民營醫(yī)療機構。

營銷模式：

醫(yī)院的營銷模式主要有體檢，兩癌，藥店，診所醫(yī)院轉(zhuǎn)診，院外咨詢點，地方婦聯(lián)以及工會。營銷部門分為兩組，一部由沈鵬雨負責，主要針對藥店與診所轉(zhuǎn)診；二部由李松負責，主要針對體檢，異業(yè)聯(lián)盟，活動執(zhí)行組，咨詢點。

藥店與門診：對醫(yī)院所在的區(qū)域以及周邊區(qū)域的黑門診，民營醫(yī)療機構，藥店，以及各公立醫(yī)院進行合作與對接（主要是通過返點的形式）

異業(yè)聯(lián)盟：主要是與酒店，工廠，化妝品柜臺，以及一些女性群體較多的工作區(qū)域進行合作，從而爭取潛在的客戶群體。

咨詢點：主要在各個人群密集區(qū)域設置咨詢點，推廣醫(yī)院知名度及美譽度，服務于社區(qū)。

體檢：通過招聘網(wǎng)站以及職介機構了通，了解企業(yè)人數(shù)，推廣入職體檢以及年度體檢。

社會活動雜志組：主要是通過派發(fā)醫(yī)院的宣傳雜志以及各類優(yōu)惠卡，在人口流動量較大區(qū)域進行。

醫(yī)院后期營銷策略

醫(yī)院業(yè)務量主要體現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡訪問，電話咨詢以及客戶人員的個人業(yè)績上面。受到新塘鎮(zhèn)的地理以及人口結構素質(zhì)問題的影響，網(wǎng)絡營銷，電視媒體廣告營銷的影響受到一定的限制，新塘區(qū)域的營銷主要以地面營銷為主，并逐步推廣全院營銷策略，讓所有的醫(yī)療人員以及后勤行政人員走出醫(yī)院，讓醫(yī)院的每位員工都成為醫(yī)院的推廣宣傳員。

地面營銷主要通過

1戶外廣告（印有醫(yī)院LOGO的太陽傘·社區(qū)宣傳欄·大型廣告

牌等）

2院外咨詢點的開發(fā)建設與完善（培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的咨詢?nèi)藛T更好更完善的為社區(qū)人員提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務）

3社會活動組（加大雜志發(fā)放量，提升雜志形象，增加營銷人員）

概括總結

營銷方式要因地制宜，靈活機動，根據(jù)具體環(huán)境作出適應所在區(qū)域的營銷推廣方式。

針對不同的消費群體，制定差異化的服務，讓客人感受差異化的服務，吸引更多的消費群體。

組建一支具體團隊凝聚力的銷售隊伍，制定各項銷售計劃，定期針對性的培訓，包括醫(yī)療知識，人與人的溝通技巧，協(xié)調(diào)能力，禮節(jié)禮貌，從而提高客戶人員的工作技巧以及個人素質(zhì)。

企業(yè)為主導宣傳去做義診等其他的公益活動，提升企業(yè)形象及品牌連鎖醫(yī)院美譽度，樹立民營醫(yī)療新形象。

Thank you all for being here for this important moment.These men from all over the world have decided to make gender equality a priority in their lives and in their universities.Thank you for making this commitment.I graduated from university four years ago.I had always dreamed of going, and I know how fortunate I am to have had the opportunity to do so.Brown became my home, my community, and I took the ideas and the experiences I had there into all of my social interactions, into my work place, into my politics, into all aspects of my life.I know that my university experience shaped who I am.And of course it does for many people.But what if our experience in university shows us that women don't belong in leadership? What if it shows us that, yes, women can study, but they shouldn't lead a seminar? What if, as still in many places around the world, it tells us that women don't belong there at all? What if, as is the case in far too many universities, we are given the message that sexual violence isn't actually a form of violence?

But, we know that if you change students' experiences so that they have different expectations of the world around them, expectations of equality, society will change.As we leave home for the first time to study at the places that we have worked so hard to get, we must not see or experience double standards.We need to see equal respect, leadership and pay.The university experience must tell women that their brain power is valued, and not just that, but that they belong within the leadership of the university itself.And so importantly right now, the experience must make it clear, that the safety of women, minorities, and anyone who may be vulnerable is a right, not a privilege.A right that will be respected by a community that believes and supports survivors, and that recognizes that when one person's safety is violated, everyone feels their own safety is violated.A university should be a place of refuge that takes action against all forms of violence.That's why we believe that students should leave university believing in, striving for and expecting societies of true equality.Society of true equality in every sense.And universities have the power to be a vital catalyst for that change.Our ten impact champions have made this commitment and with their work, we know that they will inspire students, and other universities and schools across the world to do better.I am delighted to introduce this report on our progress, and I am eager to hear what's next.Thank you so much.Thank you so much!

艾瑪沃特森

大學不僅要告訴女性她們的頭腦是有價值的，還要告訴她們在大學里女性也可以成為領袖人物。大學不僅要告訴女性她們的頭腦是有價值的，還要告訴她們在大學里女性也可以成為領袖人物?，F(xiàn)如今同樣重要的是，大學必須清楚地讓學生知道：女性、少數(shù)族群和其他弱勢群體的安全問題絕不是特權，而是他們的基本權利。

這種基本權利將被一個支持幸存者并且相信若某一人的安全被侵犯，所有人都感同身受的社會所尊重。

Today we are launching a campaign called “He For She?！?/p>

I am reaching out to you because I need your help.We want to end gender in equality—and to do that we need everyone to be involved。

This is the first campaign of its kind at the UN: we want to try and galvanize as many men and boys as possible to be advocates forgender equality.And we don’t just want to talk about it, but make sure it is tangible。

Why is the word such an uncomfortable one?

These rights I consider to be human rights but I am one of the lucky ones.My life is a sheer privilege because my parents didn’t love me less because I was born a daughter.My school did not limit me because I was a girl.My mentors didn’t assume I would go less far because I might give birth to a child one day.These influencers were the gender equality ambassadors that made who I am today.They may not know it, but they are the inadvertent feminists who are.And we need more of those.And if you still hate the word—it is not the word that is important but the idea and the ambition behind it.Because not all women have been afforded the same rights that I have.In fact, statistically, very few have been。

In 1997, Hilary Clinton made a famous speech in Beijing about women’s rights.Sadly many of the things she wanted to change are still a reality today。

But what stood out for me the most was that only 30per cent of her audience were male.How can we affect change in the world when only half of it is invited or feel welcome to participate in the conversation?

Men—I would like to take this opportunity to extend your formal invitation.Gender equality is your issue too。

Because to date, I’ve seen my father’s role as a parent being valued less by society despite my needing his presence as a child as much as my mother’s。

have the benefits of equality either。

We don’t often talk about men being imprisoned by gender stereotypes but I can see that that they are and that when they are free, things will change for women as a natural consequence。

If men don’t have to be aggressive in order to be accepted women won’t feel compelled to be submissive.If men don’t have to control, women won’t have to be controlled。

If we stop defining each other by what we are not and start defining ourselves by what we are—we can all be freer and this is what He For She is about.It’s about freedom。

I want men to take up this mantle.So their daughters,sisters and mothers can be free from prejudice but also so that their sons have permission to be vulnerable and human too—reclaim those parts of themselves they abandoned and in doing so be a more true and complete version of themselves。

You might be thinking who is this Harry Potter girl?And what is she doing up on stage at the UN.It’s a good question and trust me，I have been asking myself the same thing.I don’t know if I am qualified to be here.All I know is that I care about this problem.And I want to make it better。
