江蘇省高郵實驗小學(xué)教師輔導(dǎo)獎實施細則(試行)

實施目的:

為全面實施素質(zhì)教育,全面提高教育質(zhì)量；為激勵全體教師更好地為學(xué)生服務(wù) ,發(fā)展學(xué)生的個性特長；為創(chuàng)辦品牌學(xué)校,彰顯辦學(xué)特色和成果,特制定本實施細則。

實施細則：

1、本細則適用于獎勵那些親自輔導(dǎo)本校學(xué)生發(fā)表作品或參賽獲獎的老師。學(xué)校將以事實為根據(jù)，認定相關(guān)老師是否真正參與輔導(dǎo)，以及輔導(dǎo)時所占的比重。

2、教師輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生在正規(guī)部門舉辦的經(jīng)學(xué)校認可的征文比賽或其它比賽中獲獎的，按級別和等第獎勵：

高郵市一、二、三等獎的，每篇分別按10、8、5元計算；

揚州市一、二、三等獎的，每篇分別按20、15、8元計算；

江蘇省及以上一、二、三等獎的，每篇分別按30、20、10元計算；

3、教師輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生在正規(guī)報刊雜志上發(fā)表作品的，在高郵市、揚州市、江蘇省及以上發(fā)表的文章，每篇分別等同于對應(yīng)級別學(xué)生獲獎的二等獎。在《繁花》上輔導(dǎo)發(fā)表作品的，按高郵市獲獎的三等獎計算。（注：若組織參加一次比賽，學(xué)生多人次獲獎，該輔導(dǎo)獎由學(xué)校視情況來認定。）

4、輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加集體項目比賽或表演獲獎的（學(xué)生未獲單項獎），按級別和等第計算，可參照細則2的方法計算，再乘3倍。（注：如指導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加舞蹈集體比賽、指導(dǎo)學(xué)生鼓號隊比賽等；體育獎勵除外）

5、同一件作品多次獲獎，按最高獎勵計算，不重復(fù)計分。同一個節(jié)目或同一個學(xué)生由多人輔導(dǎo)的，按此節(jié)目的獎勵金額，平均分給每位輔導(dǎo)老師。

6、每學(xué)期結(jié)束前，每位老師需將相關(guān)獲獎證件或發(fā)表的復(fù)印件收齊并提供給學(xué)校教科室驗核、匯總。學(xué)校實行一次性獎勵，每學(xué)期獎勵一次。

7、本實施細則的解釋權(quán)在學(xué)校，學(xué)校將根據(jù)實際運作情況不斷進行完善。

8、本實施細則自學(xué)校通過之日起試行。
