一、說明信(Cover letter)

(三)應(yīng)聘的資格(Qualifications):
在何種程度上,教育背景及工作背景適合從事某一工作。(The degree and/or depth to which a person’s work and educational background is a good fit for a particular job.)如:

(四)弱點(diǎn)(Weaknesses)
你認(rèn)為你自身需要改進(jìn)的地方,無論是工作習(xí)慣,還是專業(yè)知識(shí),或是交流能力,等等。任何一個(gè)潛在的弱點(diǎn)必須附有能使之轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐环N潛在能力的積極有效的方法。(Areas that you perceive that you need improvement in,whether it be work habits,business knowledge,communication,etc.Any potential weakness must be spun into a positive answer which converts it into a potential strength.)例如:

愛好代表一個(gè)人的性格、涵養(yǎng)、為人以及品德,愛好廣泛的人往往比較開朗、合群、思維寬闊。例如:

(六)離職原因:
最重要的是:應(yīng)聘者要使招聘單位相信,應(yīng)聘者在過往單位的離職原因是某些良好的愿望,避免把離職原因說得太詳細(xì)、太具體;不能摻雜主觀的負(fù)面感受;不能涉及自己負(fù)面的人格特征;盡量使解釋的理由為應(yīng)聘者個(gè)人形象添彩。例如:

(七)薪酬獎(jiǎng)金
